MY DREAM ‘OUTTA THIS WORLD’ HOLIDAY

‘Brring... ‘screamed the alarm. I tried to ignore it. I wanted to stay in my dream. My dream outta this world holiday.

I was in a planet witch was Saturn , I was extremely hot it felt like I was going to faint . When I got there I saw my friend Ocean.

We started playing tag.
Once Ocean and I got bored of playing tag we decided to explore the planet and see what the Solar System and the rest of the planet looks like.

It felt so special and cool we went to Jupiter it was so massive when we finished exploring I heard this loud noise and it woke me up so I thought to myself thank goodness I'm home.

Thank you: Ocean and Reina

Cross-country

Bang, as the race started all the year 7 girls went racing off. Ala was first after her was Pesi with the rest trailing behind.

I got to Mr Harris, he was on the reserve, I had a rest because I felt sick so he said, “Do you want to stay or keep running,” and I replied, “Keep running,” so I started running.

When I was running my legs were very sore. My face was so red that I felt like a drink of water.

After the race I felt relieved that it was done. When I got to the end of the race I felt like I was going to vomit

We are using the nations of the 2011 Rugby World Cup as our inquiry path.

For this unit we are in one of four teams: Brumbies, Force, Rebels, Stormers. My team is Stormers

There will be a number of tasks for us to navigate to achieve our goal of an excellent result in this unit. There are a mixture of individual and team tasks to be completed. The main task that will show our learning in this unit will be a Hyperstudio presentation about one of the countries in the World Cup competition.
